One side has a small print of a monster-factory scare-floor door station: a white panelled door decorated with flowers, mounted on a mechanical rig with a control panel and an orange canister venting steam. The other side shows a large arched title above a big blue furry monster with purple spots and horns standing behind a small green one-eyed monster holding a clipboard.

It references Pixar's Monsters, Inc., whose characters Sulley and Mike work at a scream factory using magic bedroom doors, and whose company slogan is "We Scare Because We Care".
